Do you offer same day service?
Yes. We run full time service tradesmen and carry a large range of spare parts in every van, so power restoration and hot water repairs are often completed the same day. Call the office on 07 3201 8461 to check availability.
What areas do you cover?
Ipswich and the surrounding corridor, from Rosewood and Marburg through to Springfield, Redbank Plains and Goodna, and east to Forest Lake, Jindalee and Moggill. Fourteen postcodes in total.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold Electrical Contractors Licence 36952 and ARC Licence L068174. We carry $20 million public liability cover, WorkCover for all employees, and every staff member holds a Blue Card.
Who answers the phone?
An electrical tradesperson. You can describe the job and get advice on the first call.
Do you do emergency call outs?
Commercial emergency call out is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hot water repairs carry a 24 hour service, with parts carried in all vans.
Which air conditioning brands do you install?
Panasonic, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Fujitsu. We supply, install and service split systems and ceiling cassettes. Domestic installations are quoted free of charge.
